Where does my book come from?
We make every effort to fulfill your order from our warehouse stock to make sure you are getting the best price available. If we do not have the book, we use one of our many textbook partners to acquire the book and have it shipped to you. Once you place your order, the rest is up to us. Sit back, relax and your book will arrive in just a few days. Regardless of who ships your book, you can rest assured that Beck’s will make certain you are 100% satisfied.
What is your return policy?
We offer a generous return policy for orders placed on becksbooks.com. You have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to return your book for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
What is an ISBN and where can i find it?
Each edition of a book is assigned a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN). This will be either a 10 or 13 digit number and is located on the back cover of a book. Some paperback books will have the ISBN located on the inside of the front cover.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped. Generally, all orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are purchased. If your order has shipped, no problem, it will simply be handled as a return rather than a cancellation.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
We know you expect quick, reliable delivery service. We only use reliable carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS.
How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on whether you select standard or expedited shipping. Standard orders will usually arrive within 4 to 6 business days while expedited orders typically arrive in 2 to 4 days.
