Return Policy

Required textbooks for The John Marshall Law School may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:

1. The customer presents a register receipt.

2. The books are in the original resalable condition and shrink wrapped packaging they were purchased in.

3. The return is made before the semester's return deadline

4. All returns must be made at the location where the item was purchased.

Note: All books will be refunded through the same means of their original purchase.

All law reviews, flash cards, and other study aids are not returnable.

Books used for accelerated classes are not returnable.

General merchandise, including all clothing, supplies, and accessories are returnable within two weeks of purchase.
