Return Policy
Required textbooks for Loyola University of Chicago may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:
- The register receipt must accompany the returned book. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!
- The book must be returned by the return date posted in the store and/or on your receipt. These posted dates depend on the session for which the books were purchased.
- The book must be in original resalable condition. If the book was purchased new it must be returned in new condition: i.e. NO marks, highlighting, bent covers or creased pages. Books which were purchased wrapped or sealed must be in original packaging.
- Books paid for with cash may be returned for cash.
- Books purchased by credit card will be issued a credit towards the credit card used for the purchase.
- Books paid for by check must be returned within the given time period, but you'll receive a credit slip which will be redeemable for cash after 14 days from the date of your check
- All returns must be made at the location where the item was purchased.
- Books that are not returnable can be considered for textbook buyback where we are able to offer cash for your books at a price determined by Beck's Book Store. The price depends on the demand for your textbooks.
