Return Policy
Required textbooks for The John Marshall Law School may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:
- The customer presents a register receipt.
- The books are in the original resalable condition and shrink wrapped packaging they were purchased.
- The return is made before the semester's return deadline.
- All returns must be made at the location where the item was purchased.
- All books will be refunded through the same means of their original purchase.
- All law reviews, flash cards, and other study aids are not returnable.
- Books used for accelerated classes are not returnable.
